Using this website

The website describes our services for general business information. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or misuse its content. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or authorize us to begin paid work.

Scope and approval

Before work begins, the written proposal or service agreement should identify the services, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, reporting, and each party’s responsibilities. Changes to the scope require written agreement. If a project agreement differs from the general information on this website, the project agreement governs that engagement.

Fees and third-party costs

Fees are quoted for the agreed work. Advertising budgets, software subscriptions, data services, and other third-party expenses are separate unless specifically included in the proposal. Payment methods, currencies, invoicing dates, and any applicable taxes are confirmed in writing before purchase. This website does not collect online payments.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, necessary access and permissions, and timely feedback or approvals. Clients must have the right to use the materials and data they supply. Delays in access or approvals may affect the agreed schedule.

Campaigns, data, and platforms

Any outreach, use of personal data, advertising, or integration must follow the requirements applicable to the agreed work and the relevant platforms. Data sources, permissions, approval steps, and responsibilities should be established before launch. Third-party platforms can change their rules, availability, and services.

Results and reporting

We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, volume of leads, meeting attendance, sales result, or return on advertising spend. Outcomes depend on factors including the offer, market, competition, budget, platform decisions, and sales follow-up. Objectives and reporting measures are set out in the project scope.

Ownership and confidentiality

Ownership of deliverables, licenses for any third-party materials, access to accounts, confidentiality, and the handover process are defined in the service agreement. These points should be resolved before confidential information or client data is shared.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation notice, treatment of completed work, prepaid fees, and third-party commitments are defined in the written proposal or service agreement before work begins. Contact hello@tiligen.com to request a cancellation or discuss a billing issue. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
